If a situation arises where you cannot make it to class because of an unforeseen situation or emergency, there are three things that need to be done.
- Notify your students via Moodle by sending a message to the class. If you are unable to gain access to a computer to send the message, skip to step two.
- Please call or email Jerod Pivin at jpivin@jessup.edu or 577-2256 so he can alert the students of your absence. A note will be placed on the door to let them know the class is canceled. If Jerod cannot be reached, call the main line at 577-2200.
- Notify your department chair of your absence by copying them on the email or calling their office phone.
