If you are trying to print from one of the computers located in either floors fo the Faculty Offices but no print job comes out, there are two possible causes:
1. Ensure you are printing to the right copier. For the downstairs office it's "Faculty Copier". For upstairs, it's "Faculty Copier 2". You can select them from the list when you go to print your document.
2. There's a quick one-time setup needed to input your copy code into the settings to allow you to print. Call our IT department at (916) 577-2345 and let them know you need the copy code entered on that computer. The code will need to be entered for each individual computer you use.
