You will contact WJU's IT office for any technical assistance via a helpdesk ticket. There are two methods of filling out a helpdesk ticket:
  1. Send an email with full details and descriptions of the technical issue to helpdesk@jessup.edu.
  2. Submit a helpdesk ticket via my.jessup.edu. For more details about this process, click here.
